You need a tube of your own.
Plugins: Tramages -
Quilt
Graphics plus - Cross shadow.
Copy the texture crumpled to your
textures folder.
01. Open an new image of 800 x 650
pixels
02. Pick 3 colors from your tube. In
this tutorial I used as light
foregroundcolor #D2EAFA- as dark
backgroundcolor #194683 and as extra
color #9AB8D0
03. Fill your image with the dark
backgroundcolor
04. Layers - New raster layer. Fill
with light foregroundcolor
05. Open the mask in PSP. Layers -
New Mask Layers - from Image -
Source luminance checked.
06. Layers - Merge - merge group.
07. Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
08. Layers - Duplicate. Image -
Mirror. Move the layer opacity to
50.
09. Selection tool - custom
selection - top 130 - Left 40 -
Right 350 - Bottom 390
10. Tube Blue eye. Copy and paste as
new layer. Move to the selection.
11. Image - Resize - 80 %
- Resize All layers NOT
checked.
12. Selections - Invert. Hit
the delete key of your keyboard.
Deselect.
13. Effects - 3D effects -
Dropshadow - 0 - 0 - 75 - 9 - Black.
14. Layers - New Rasterl ayer.
15. Selection tool - custom
selection - top 130 - Left 360 -
Right 755 - Bottom 390
16. Tube tsgina - 001967. Copy and
paste into selection. Deselect and
give the same dropshadow.
17. Layers - New Raster layer.
18. Selection tool - custom
selection - top 95 - Left 0 - Right
800 - Bottom 125
19. Fill with dark backgroundcolor
20. Effects - Texture effects -
Weave - 1 - 10 - 100 -
Foregroundcolor - backgroundcolor -
fill gaps checked. Deselect.
21. Effects - 3D effects -
Dropshadow - 0 - 0 - 75 - 9 - Black.
22. Layers - Duplicate. Image - Flip.
23. Layers - New Raster layer.
24. Selection tool - custom
selection - top 400 - Left 260 -
Right 800 - Bottom 465
25. Fill with the extra color you
picked from your tube.
26. Effects - Texture Effetcs -
Texture - CJ_Crumpled6 - default
settings.
27. Deselect. Effects - 3D
effects - Dropshadow - 0 - 0 - 75 -
9 - Black
28 Layers - New Raster layer.
29. Selection tool - custom
selection - top 475 - Left 260 -
Right 800 - Bottom 510
30. Fill with the dark background
layer.
31. Effects - Texture Effects -
Texture - CJ_Crumpled6 - default
settings.
32. Deselect. Effects - 3D
effects - Dropshadow - 0 - 0 - 75 -
9 - Black
33. Layers - New Raster layer.
34. Selection tool - custom
selection - top 395 - Left 5 - Right
60 - Bottom 515
35. Fill with light foregroundcolor.
36. Effects - Texture Effects -
Blinds - 3- 50 - Black - Horizontal
NOT checked. Light from top/Left
Checked. Deselect.
37. Deselect. Effects - 3D
effects - Dropshadow - 0 - 0 - 75 -
9 - Black
38. Layers Duplicate. Repeat twice,
you will have four now. Move them
until they look like this:
39. Click on the top layer and
duplicate.
40. Image - Rotate - Free Rotate -
90 - Left. Image - Mirror.
Move to the left corner, And outside
the image. Layers - Duplicate. Image
- Mirror. It should look like this.
41. Layers duplicate. Move the
duplicate to the bottom a little out
side the image. . A little to the
left middle. Duplicate. Image -
Mirror. It should look like this
42. Open your tube. Copy and paste
as new layer. Place in the middle.
43. Effects - 3D effects -
Dropshadow - 0 - 0 - 75 - 25 - Black
44. Text tool. Add your name or other
text .
45. Image - Add Borders -
Symmetric - 5 -
foregroundcolor
46. Select the border with the
magic wandtool - Effects - 3D
Effects - Inner bevel with these
settings:
47. Deselect
48. Image - Add Borders -
Symmetric - 35 -
Backgroundcolor
49. Select with the magic wand tool.
Effects - Plugins - Graphic
Plus - Cross shadow - Default
settings. Keep selected.
50. Effects - Plugins -
Tramage - Quilt - 34- 35
51. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner
bevel with the same settings as
before.
52. Deselect.
53. Image - Add Borders -
Symmetric - 5 -
foregroundcolor
54. Select the border with the
magic wandtool
55. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner
bevel with the same settings as
before.
Deselect.
