Open a new transparent image of 900 x 500 px

Set your foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) - Style: Linear - Angle 45  - Repeats 0 - Invert not checked

Fill your image with the gradient

Layers - Duplicate

Open Tube "filter Redfield" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance More

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Burn" - and the layer opacity to 80

 

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selection Tool - Rectangle - Custom Selection: 

Fill with the gradient

Selections - Select None

Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory J -  Drink to me

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

 

Layers - Duplicate

Lock the original layer and make sure you are on the top layer

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Hit the D key of your keyboard ( Or depending on which PSP version you are using the K key of your keyboard) and pull the left side to the edge of the image:

Hit the M key to add the deformation

 

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Resize - 80% - Resize all layers not checked

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

 

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

Image - Flip

 

Layer Palette - Click on the third layer from the top and open it up again

Layers - Arrange - Bring to top

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flexify2

Image - Resize - 50% - Resize all layers not checked

Image - Resize - 70% - Resize all layers not checked

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Burn" (with other colors you migth want to lower the layer opacity)

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

It looks like this now:

 

Open Tube "Knoop" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 2 - 2 - 50 - 16 - #000000

 

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selection Tool - Rectangle - Custom Selection: 

Fill with the gradient

Selections - Select None.

Effects - Plugins - L&k SiteOfWonders - L en K Palmyre

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 50

 

Open Tube "Knoop-2" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Image Effects - Offset - Same settings as the last step

Layers - Merge - Merge Down - Repeat once

 

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Flip

 

Open Tube "MMC_Bi026_191210" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Resize - 60% - Resize all layers not checked

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

 

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  1 px - Backgroundcolor

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  50 px - #ffffff

Magic Wand Tool - Mode: Shift/Add - Tolerance 0 - Contiguous checked - Anti Alias Checked -  Click in the last border

Selections - Invert

Edit - Copy

Selections - Invert

Layers - New Raster Layer

Edit - Paste into the selection

Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto frame

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Selections - Select None

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 50
 

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  1 px - Backgroundcolor

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!
