Adjust - Sharpness -
Sharpen
Image - Resize - 90%
- Resize all layers
NOT checked.
Move the background
with the movertool
to the top of the
image.
Go to View - Rules
to see the rulers on
your image and move
the background this
measures:

Copy and paste as
new layer on your
image.
Image - Free Rotate
- Free - Left - 20 -
Rotate around single
canvas layer checked.
Move to the right
top corner
Adjust - Sharpness -
Sharpen

Copy and paste as
new layer on your
image.
Move to the right,
about 25 px from the
bottom and 40px from
the side
