Open a new image of
700 x 550 px. Fill
with the gradient.
Open Pattern 006eau.
Set your foreground
color to pattern -
Angle 0 - Scale 100
Layers - New Raster
Layer
Fill the image with
the pattern
Set the Blendmode of
this layer to Soft
light.
