 The best tube would be one including a close up of a face, or a tube where you can enlarge a face is PSP

Plugin:
Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow

You need Animation Shop.

Pick a nice color from your tube as your foregroundcolor. I used #47425f

Set your backgroundcolor to black

Open Template#71 from Yvette in PSP, make a copy with Shift/D and close the original

Click on the background layer

Image - Resize Canvas - 700 x 500 px

Click on the rounded rectangle layer

Selections - Select all

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Fill with the foregroundcolor and deselect.

Effects - Weave

Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow - H2 - V2 - 40 - 3 - Black

Repeat with H & V on minus 2

Activate the layer called backgrounds

Selections - Select all

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Fill with the backgroundcolor and deselect.

Activate the layer called frames

Selections - Select all

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Fill with the backgroundcolor and deselect.

Activate the layer called small squares

Selections - Select all

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Fill with the foregroundcolor and deselect.

Activate the layer called tone

Set the layer opacity to 50%

Activate the layer called dotted rectangles and rename them Blinkies

Layers - Duplicate

Magic wand tool - Tolerance 0 - Enlarge your work - Click in every other square to select, remember which one you started!

Fill the little selected squares with the foregroundcolor and deselect.

Make the layer invisible by clicking on the little eye.

Go back to the original blinkie layer

Now select again every other square but do not start at the same one as before but on the one next to it!

Fill also with the foregroundcolor and deselect.

Remove the © layer from Yvette

Click on the layer called backgrounds

Open your tube - Copy and paste as new layer on your image

Move to the left under the frame. Resize if necccery

Click again on the background layer

Magic wand tool - Tolerance 0 - Click once in the left  black field ( under the tube)

Selections  - Modify - Expand  - 2

Selections - Invert

Click on the layer with the tube

Hit the delete key of your keyboard and deselect.

Set the layer opacity to 55%

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

Click on the layer called backgrounds

Open your face tube (or if you do not have one, select the face of your tube, copy and paste as new image, and resize bigger)

Copy and paste as new layer on your image

Move it under the second left frame.

Click again on the backgrounds layer

Magic wand tool - Tolerance 0 - Click once in the left  black field ( under the tube)

Selections  - Modify - Expand  - 2

Selections - Invert

Click on the layer with the tube

Hit the delete key of your keyboard and deselect.

Do not close your face tube you need it again.

Click on the layer called small squares.

Go back to the close up, copy and paste as new layer

Set the layer opacity to 55

Move the nose of the tube under the tone layer

Click again on the little square layer

Magic wand tool - Tolerance 0 - Click once in the top square  ( under the tube)

Selections  - Modify - Expand  - 2

Selections - Invert

Click on the layer with the tube

Hit the delete key of your keyboard and deselect.

Do not close your face tube you need again.

Repeat with the other square, now with another part of the face.( mouth)

Layers - New Raster Layer. Rename it frame2

Click again on the small squares layer

Magic wand tool Click once in the top square

Click on the frame 2 layer

Fill with the backgroundlayer

Image - Modify - Contract - 2px

Hit the delete key of your keyboard.

Repeat with the second square

Click on the layer called background

Selection tool - Custom Selection - Top 0 - Left 0  - Right 700 - Bottom - 445

Image - Crop to selection

Image - Resize canvas with these settings:

Click on the frames layer

Magic wand tool -  Click in the white space around the frames

Selections - Invert

Layers - New Raster Layer

Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow - H2 - V2 - 40 - 10 - Black

Repeat with H & V on minus 2

Deselect.

Move to the top of the image

Magic Wand Tool - Select all the gray letters.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Fill the selection with the foregroundcolor and deselect.

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - set the intensity to 70

Set the layer opacity of this layer to 50%

Layers - Merge - Merge down

Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow - H2 - V2 - 40 - 10 - Black

Click on the backgroundlayer.

Open Doodle doodle_biene_innocent.pspimage. Copy and paste as new layer on your image

Move a little down

Click in the layer palette on Lock transparency

Fill the doodle with the foregroundcolor, you have to repeat a couple of times to fill completely

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Set the blend mode to Dissolve

Set the layer opacity to 50%

Click on the top layer

Open your tube - Copy and paste as new layer on your image

Move the the place you like best

Resize if neccacery

Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow - H5 - V5 - 50 - 30 - Black

Add the neccacery copy rights and your watermark

Edit - Copy Special - Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop - Edit - Paste as new animation

Back to PSP. Make the blinkie layer visible again and the other blinkie layer invisible

Edit - Copy Special - Copy Merged

Animation Shop - Edit - Paste after current frame.

View your animation and is your satisfied save as gif file!
