Set your foregroundcolor to a color
from your tube, I used #295fa3
Set your backgroundcolor to black
Open Maske BabesDesignz_Mask19.jpg.
in PSP
Open the template, make a duplicate
with Shift/D and close the original.
Click on the layer called Circle
Layers - New Raster Layer
Image - Resize Canvas - 700 x 503
Layers - Arrange - Move down
Fill with White

Fill with your foregroundcolor
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image

layers - Merge - Merge Group
Move to the left top corner , see

Layers - Duplicate
Layers - Arrange - Move down
Adjust - Hue and Saturation -
Colorize - 0 - 0
Adjust - Brightness and Contras -
Brightness/Contrast - Minus 50 - 10
Repeat the last step.
Set the Blend Mode of this layer to
Exclusion
Set the layer opacity to 8

Click on the circle layer
Magic Wand Tool - Tolerance o -
Click in the pink part of the circle.
Fill with your foregroundcolor
Deselect.

Open your tube
Look for a nice part of your tube, I
used a close-up.
Copy and paste as new layer on your
image
Move un top of the circle
Click on the circle layer
Selections - Select all
Selections - Float
Selections - Invert
Click on your tube layer and hit the
delete key of your keyboard.
Deselect.
Set the layer opacity of this layer
to 70
Layers Duplicate
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 3
Set the blend mode Soft light and
the layer opacity to 42
Click on the circle layer
Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow -
H2 - V2 - 50 - 5 - black
Repeat with H and V on minus 2

Click on the Innerframe layer
Copy your tube again, paste as new
layer on your image and set a
different part of your tube in the
small rectangle.
Go back to the Innerframe layer.
Selections - Select all
Selections - Float
Selections - Invert
Click on your tube layer and hit the
delete key of your keyboard.
Deselect.
Set the layer opacity to 60%
Go back to the Innerframe layer.
Selections - Select all - Selections
- Float
Fill with black
Deselect.

Click on the frame layer
Selections - Select all
Selections - Float
Fill with the foregroundcolor
Deselect
Layers - Duplicate
Set the layer opacity to 37%
Click on the original frame layer
Effects - 3D Effects - Eyecandy 4000
- Chrome

Click on the copied frame layer
Layers - Merge - Merge Down
Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow -
H 0 - V 0 - 50 - 1 - black
Clixk on the top frame
Tube starcluster - copy and paste on
your image
Move on top of the frame
Layers - Duplicate
Effects - 3D Effects - Eyecandy 4000
- Chrome - same settings
Effects - Edge effects- Enhance
Layers - Merge - Merge down - repeat
until you have all merged them with
the inner frame
Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow -

Rotate
the fore and backgroundcolor
Draw a
star on top of the frame layer, make
sure you fill the hole frame
Rename
the layer to star
Set
the layer opacity to 50%
Rotate
the fore and backgroundcolor

on the Blackdottedline layer
Move
it with your movertool to the middle
of the circle on top of the line
between the two colors

H1 - V1 - 40 - 0 - black
Remove the pink dotted layer.

Merge all layers and save as JPEG
file.
