Preparations:

Copy the selection files to the selection folder of PSP

Double Click on the Eye Candy Glass Preset, it will be imported automatically

 

Used Colors

Foregroundcolor: #eed39e

Backgroundcolor: #7c3519 

Other: #e18e19. #ffffff

This translation is written with PSP13 but can also be made with earlier PSP versions.

01.

Open a new transparent image of 900 x 600 px

Set your foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) - Style: Linear

Fill your image with the gradient

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 50

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited - &<Bkg Designer sf10I - Dice it

Layers - New Raster Layer

Fill with the gradient

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Blintz

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Soft Light" and the Layer Opacity to 50

 

03.

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Reflection Effects - Rotating Mirror

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Overlay" and the Layer Opacity to 50

 

04.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - @qua_fig3

Fill with #7c3519

Effects - Plugins - AP Lines - Silverlining NOTE: If your own color is to dark you will not see the effect, use a sligly lighter color instaed

Selections - Select None

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Overlay" and the Layer Opacity to 50

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Perspective Shadow -  Settings Tab: Dropshadow Lowest.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - @qua_fig4 - same settings as before

Fill with #ffffff

Selections - Select None

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 3 - 3 - 35 - 5 - #000000

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - @qua_fig6 - same settings as  before

Fill with #e18e18

Selections - Select None

12.

Open Tube "PaulineaDesignWoman-Nov-2011" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Resize - 85% - Resize all layers not checked

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 10 - 10 - 65 - 35 - #000000

Move  a little to the right, like this:

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  2 px - #eed39e

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  35 px - #7c3519

Magic Wand Tool - Mode: Shift/Add - Tolerance 0 - Contiguous checked - Anti Alias Checked -  Click in the last border

Fill with the gradient

Effects - Texture Effects - Fur

Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel - Color #eed39e

Selections - Select None

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  2 px - #eed39e

 

14.

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!

Optional: I added a 1px border - color #7c3519
