have to start over if PSP shuts down
on you or something bad like that!
Minimize to tray for now

Open "ASDwebs_FBI_badge"
Window - Duplicate (or
shift/D) -
Close the original
and proceed on the copy
Make
sure you are on the layer called
"Photo"
Open Tube "JHanna_523_tube" - Copy and paste as
new layer on your badge image.
Mover
tool: Move into the selection like

Hit the delete key of your keyboard
Selections - Select None
Layer Palette - Set the Layer
Opacity of this layer to 65
