paste into the selection
Selections - Select None
Image - Resize - 150% - Resize all

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique
Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode
of this layer to "Luminance (Legacy)" and the Layer
Opacity to 65
Adjust - Sharpness - High Pass
Sharpen

- Merge - Merge Down
Edit -
Copy, set aside for now and go
further on your image
