Fill with #000000
Layers - New Raster Layer
Fill with #7f7a80
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image

Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Layers - New Raster Layer
Selections - Load/Save Selection -
Load selection from disc - ASDwebs_Sel_#157
Fill with #a11516
Effects - Distortion Effects - Twirl

Selections - Select None
Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode
of this layer to "Soft Light" and the Layer Opacity to -75

Move to the right like this:
